About Shana
This Colorado native, who calls Oklahoma City, Oklahoma home will tell you, “Simply put, I LOVE TO CREATE!”. Shana’s creations include everything from paper crafts to bath and body products. As the founder, and sole creator for the brand The Shana Nicole LLC, she has found success in a variety of business ventures. Like most creative types, her businesses are born through her natural creativity, her love for helping people, and her desire to be the

After experiencing years of undiagnosed anxiety and depression, Shana ended an 8-year marriage in 2021. She is currently embracing this new chapter of life through her love of fitness. In her free time, she surrounds herself with friends and family. She enjoys watching baking shows, visiting local breweries, and enjoying quality time with her son, Shilas.

In 2015, Shana’s then-husband began suffering from a debilitating condition in which doctors were not able to effectively treat. Shana knew there had to be another option to relieve his pain. Through research, she discovered the natural benefits of essential oils and herbal remedies. Together with her Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from Oklahoma State University, and a desire to help her husband, she put her skills to work learning to grow and compound her own herbs. In addition to her herbs, she became an independent distributor for Young Living Essential Oils.

Together with the natural art of healing, Shana completed the three levels of Reiki training and met the requirements to become a certified Yoga instructor. She now teaches yoga to groups throughout Oklahoma in multiple settings.

The Tribe – Praise, Plan and Create, is Shana’s newest business to be added to her portfolio of success. “The Tribe”, while not considered work to Shana, is made up of like-minded women who come together to create, plan, and praise with each other through DIY projects and tribe events. Shana works selflessly in leading this group through her business Facebook page, Shana Nicole, and web site that she has created using her web design skills. She coordinates events and outings for the group which are art based in nature, and that foster a loving community between all those who actively participate. Shana’s love for everything “crafty”, including sewing and quilting, Bible journaling, junk journaling, mixed media, painting, and planner design has opened many doors for creative expression to blossom within the tribe.
